In Stock Merchandise
Usually is processed and shipped (in other words, leaves our fulfillment center) within 3 business days. CenturyTimepiece.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Your credit card is not charged until the product is shipped
If you choose to pay by credit card an authorization will be made on your card. The actual charge will not be made until the product is processed through our shipping department.
Return Policy
CenturyTimepiece.com is committed to customer satisfaction. All of our none personalized products carry a 30-day money back guarantee. Personalized products are not returnable except due to an error on our behalf. To return a product use our online RMA system in your account. Merchandise must be new condition with all packing and collateral materials unused. Product returned used or not in new condition may be refused or, at CenturyTimepiece.com’s sole discretion, may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 30%. Shipping will not be refunded for products returned under our 30-day return policy.
Credit for returned product is processed under normal circumstances within 3-business days of processing the return. You will be notified via e-mail or regular mail that your return has been processed and that a credit has been issued. In some instances, it may be necessary to contact you before processing the credit. In the event that this occurs, we will attempt to phone your primary number three times over a five-day period. If we are unable to reach you or you do not return our calls by the fifth day, we will mail you a postcard telling you that there is an issue with your return. After 30-days, we will process the return by issuing you a partial credit, returning the merchandise to you or treating the return as abandoned property and disposing of it in the best way, at our sole discretion.
You agree that if you place a dispute on your credit card account for any reason without notifying us of the issue or dispute first and allowing us 30 days to resolve the matter, you agree to be liable for our cost associated with processing the dispute. You are notified that the minimal cost will be $50.00 or the actual costs associated with the processing of the dispute, whichever is greater.
